Drogba faces FA rap

Chelsea front-man Didier Drogba may face action from the Football Association after throwing a coin at Burnley fans during his side’s shock defeat in the Carling Cup.

Drogba reacted after a coin was thrown from the visitng supporters section following his equaliser which subsequently took the game into extra time.

However, Blues team mate Frank Lampard has come out in defence of Drogba, as he believes that it will show fans the wrong message: “If Didier gets banned, are fans going to be able to do this more to provoke people? I hope he doesn’t get banned, but its up to the FA.”
