Prospective purchasers have until December 31 to sign agreements that they will honour the confidentiality of information given in the sale packs. The final bid deadline is 3pm on January 3 and a day later talks begin with a preferred bidder. Creditors will be advised of the offer by January 14. In February there will be a creditors meeting to approve any offer.
