Chelsea captain John Terry will be sidelined for up to three weeks after undergoing surgery on his injured knee while his team mate Ashley Cole will be out for around four weeks with a ankle injury.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has won the Premier League’s manager of the month award for September while Gunners midfielder Cesc Fabregas was named best player.
